I live in Australia, I worry for you and I love you all. Please be safe, peaceful demonstration, because I care for you all just like you were my children. I’m praying for each and everyone of you. You’re my heroes standing up to a tyrant. Bless you all. I’m telling Jesus to hold and protect each and everyone of you 💛
Mesa — this speaks to me tonight. So much of what you name here — being present, witnessing, staying in connection — feels like service in ways we often underestimate.
And yes, sometimes these small gestures carry more weight than we know. Stickers, words, listening ears — all of it matters.
I smiled reading this and thinking, too: of my five dearest people on Substack, two live in Las Vegas. I still can’t quite fathom that. The threads that bind us cross such unexpected places.
It’s nearly 23:00 here in Germany — I may step outside soon. There is talk of Northern Lights tonight. And whether I see them (if yes I'll post photos, we are quite southern already for Northern lights, so a rare treat) or not, I will be holding this same knowing: we are many, we are here, we are not alone.
Thank you dear friend. I hope you get to see that magic tonight! And what a small-ish world we inhabit. I am on the mend, it feels like such a long road ahead, but slowly but surely getting there.
Thank you for this, Mesa. I had a good feeling going to bed last night. I could see millions and millions of people taking to the streets tomorrow. It’s gonna be beautiful. I’m going to be in the protest, dancing, bringing the sparkles and the music! ✨ 🎶

Big love across the ocean to each one of you.
Hope your injuries are at least healing well.
