Send loving, calm, and peace back to you, Mesa! I appreciate the inspirational and uplifting message on a day where I am NOT easily settling my mind or emotions. ❤️

As we inch closer to the polls closing, I imagine my mood will shift, I hope with all my might that it won't, I hope I'll keep this feeling going. What a day this is! Xoxo

Well, I expect all of us will go through a range of feelings in the coming days and beyond. But your article reminds me that we can make an effort to hold onto hope, even if we’re feeling a lot of pain. We don’t have to succumb to hopelessness. And as long as some of us are feeling hopeful at any given moment, we can hold each other up as a community.

Just wanted to send u support and compassion was gutted when I turned on the TV this morning. I really hoped common sense and kindness would prevail.

I came here hoping to hang out with someone who might be a bit of a balm for my fried nerves and I have found YOU and some great music videos and poetry and I am ever so grateful. 💙🫠

Awesome choice of music! I remain hopeful because whatever happens, this is just a battle, it's not the whole war. There will be so much work to do regardless of who wins, although fiercer fighting ahead if the indicted criminal slithers his way to a across the finish line first. I pray that doesn't happen, but I never believed that white female Republicans valued their rights as women over their white privilege.

I’m sitting on my couch watching MSNBC and feeling nauseous. Hope is hanging out with me, but I feel like I’m getting the side eye now 🤣🤣🤣

The fight has begun. 🩵 I’m just glad we all have each other.

I am right there with you, Mesa. With a relentlessly hopeful heart and a desire to stay out of the spiral of fear and anxiety that has surrounded me for months.

I too am remarkably calm and dare I say proud of us as wild dreamers and artists. Whatever will be, will be.

The words “agency” and “joy” keep coming up for me. I just refuse to relinquish my body and my spirit to the fear machine. For Pete sake, we are goddesses! Patriarchy has had its day. It holds no beauty nor poetry for me. I know and have known too many fierce women and even some liberated men who build communities on unity and equality. Time to remember who we are and use our voices and gifts to create not destroy. Sing on Stevie! Let’s dance! Love ya, Mesa! 💛

I love “Rise Up.” It will be what it will be. And hope is a choice I am making intentionally not just about tonight, but the future of humanity and the planet. 🤍 Thanks Mesa for your calm! It’s felt. No need for Doritos!

We don’t know enough

Hope improves our odds.

Goodness bets on hope,

trusting we won’t drop the case.

That’s how progress works.

I have been having health issues for the last month that I know are related to the stress over this election and the possible aftermath. A neighbor told us the we all needed guns so when the government came to “take over” we could defend ourselves! I don’t want to live in THAT country.

Thanks for the uplifting message. I still remain hopeful 🥰

Sending you love, energy, calm, peace, compassion, inspiration, resilience, resolve, and integrity—and so much more. Remember, while we can’t change the wind or its direction, we have a choice: we can either brace against it or set sail, letting that wind become our strength. It’s our response that shapes us and our well-being.
