Two Years on Substack!

Thank you a million times over!!

Dear people of this page -

Two years ago I sat down at my computer and made a promise to myself that I would write and not be afraid to share my words. I would show up to the page no matter how imperfectly and leave my heart and guts here. It’s bananas to me that it’s been two years and I’ve never missed a week. I always have something to say, something to share. And I hope it always stays that way. I promise to keep showing up for you and for me!

Thank you a million times over for being here. The way that you continue to embrace me and my words is nothing short of serendipitously miraculous! You have all made me feel seen, heard, and held - there’s nothing better than that. I have loved every moment of my time here in the Substack universe. The connections and friendships I’ve made, the things I’ve learned, the communities I’ve been a part of - all of you have been life giving and life changing.

What I love about Substack

I think what I love most about this space is finally having the place to let all of my words fall out and knowing that they’re landing right where they should, and finding the people who need them as much as I do. I write for myself as much as I write for all of you and the connection that comes from that feels like the cherry on top!

My confidence in my writing self has also grown in leaps and bounds because of the time I spend here - all of you have helped me become better.

I could never in my wildest dreams have predicted what this wild ride would have been like. I’m truly grateful for every moment of it.

And I cannot wait to see where this writing road takes us next!
